OUR POLICIES ,

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

· We only inform the concerned teachers / tutors for any teaching vacancy through phone or by our telerepresentative.

• Teachers are only requested to respond on the mentioned phone Number of the Academy.

•  More details are provided depending upon teacher's interest( which teachers will show by contacting us).

• Every teacher / tutor will be charged 50% of his/her only first month's salary / tuition fees, for each teaching vacancy referred by the THE EDUCATIONIST TUTOR PROVIDER.

•  Teachers / Tutors are strictly prohibited not to pass on any information regarding tuition / teaching vacancy or any other intimation.

•  In case of  one or less then one month  tuition only, 35% as a commission will be charged.

•  THE EDUCATIONIST TUTOR PROVIDER can immediately take legal action against those applicants, whom it believes, in its sole discretion, are not fulfilling any of the rules and regulations of the academy Or are making any criminal offense.

•  After receiving your data, THE EDUCATIONIST TUTOR PROVIDER will assess the information given by you, and will conduct an interview (either in person or over the phone) of those applicants who fulfil the academy's requirements.

•  A quick response by the teacher or tutor before finalizing the deal is required. In the case of no or late reply the registration can be cancelled.

•  If the teacher refer us tuition, he/she will be awarded 15% of the first month payment.

•  Teachers are responsible for their own belongings and security, we does not owe any responsibility. 

• We hold the authority to disclose the information of teacher ,in case of any emergency.

•  For online tuition we charged only 65% of first month salary.

•  Fees will be collected by us and will give to the teacher after 10 days of collection. Teacher is not allowed to collect the fees himself in any case.

•  Registration fees is Rs.500, and it is paid upfront in advance if registration fees is paid at the time of tuition done we charged 250 extra total 750.

•  Registration will only become valid if the teacher have paid its fee.

•    Teacher are obliged to respond immediately , when they are ask to. In case of switch off cell phones or avoidance by teacher academy will sent the legal officer towards teacher.

•  Teacher have to give feedback to the academy , within an hour after receiving the tuition.
